Completed: cold storage facility for NAFCO

After a groundbreaking ceremony in Summer 2019, ARCO began construction on a cold storage facility for NAFCO. Nine months later, the facility was opened and operating.

ARCO designed and built a 70,000 SF seafood distribution center for NAFCO in Jessup, MD. The cold storage facility maintains a temperature of -10°F and features a state-of-the-art mobile racking system which allows NAFCO to store over 60% more capacity than planned in their original footprint.
