ARCO is proud to announce our partnership with affiliates of Turnbridge Equities, Dune Real Estate Partners, & Sterling Project Development to design and build the Bronx Logistics Center. This 1.3 million square foot development will be a Class A, state of the art, last mile distribution facility. The plans include a 500,000 square foot warehouse and 800,000 square feet of parking space. When complete, the facility will be one of the largest multi-story warehouses in New York City.
